Yves Merle joined Cabinet Chassany Watrelot & Associés in 2001. He has taught labour law and competitive law at Lyon University.
He has been a partner since 2006.
Yves Merle advises and assists French and international companies on all issues relating to social law and, notably, on their relations with unions and staff representative institutions.
His expertise is also much sought-after in the framework of litigations related to individual and collective employment relations and, more specifically, during litigations that oppose employer and staff representative institutions.
