Abdelkader Hamida joined Chassany Watrelot & Associés in 2021 as a partner after working for15 years at Vaughan (Paris) as a director, then a partner.

Abdelkader Hamida advises and assists French and international businesses in a wide variety of Employment Law matters. He assists them in particular on the social aspects of restructuring (RCC, PDV, PSE, …) both in terms of advice and litigation.
